I’m what you might call a health, fitness and wellbeing problem solver.

I help people find effective solutions to whichever obstacle is getting in the way of them taking control of the way they move, think and feel so that they create more time, energy and confidence without needing to resort to quick fixes, extreme measures or unsustainable programs.

For some this could be overcoming physical problems with mobility, flexibility, balance or strength.

For others it could be reducing stress, frustration and self sabotage so that they take back control of their mindset creating more confidence, trust and self belief.

And for some, it is about fitting a realistic plan into their already busy and hectic lives so that they can continue to make progress no matter how crazy and pushed for time they are

The main thing I do I help people simplify their health, fitness and well-being, help them understand what is really going on with their mindset and then give them truly effective ways to move forward.
